Finally, a home over $4m has Sold in Hillsborough!!  This home was on Irwin a very sought after street in Lower Hillsborough, and Sold in 2008 for $4.9m and just now for $5.3m (enought to cover commissions a sales costs). Nonetheless, a great sign and much needed sale in my eyes.

There were two other Lower South Hillsborough homes that also are Pending rather quickly, probably because they were like the smallest homes on nice streets next to large homes!?

-A unfinished ($500k needed and 6 months out, but with all the plans, permits hard bids ready) Lakeview Area project that when complete will be 4200sf, 4brs, on .8 acre corner lot and would have some nice equity.

-4yr new 6915sf Mountain Wood Mansion 5brs, office, theatre room, separate 1br cottage, on over an acre lot. Lowest priced home in the neighborhood by far the best value. $4.5m
